Compliance with Solicitors Rules
This application is a platform by which solicitors and barristers can connect to other lawyers on a rapid basis to cover mentions. The application has been developed to comply with the Uniform Law Legal Professional Conduct Rules. This is to ensure that our users can conduct their business in a technology environment where compliance is obligatory.
Our Strategic Plan
Our aim is to have users in every regional and metropolitan area of Australia and New Zealand. We want to connect lawyers particularly in remote areas with other lawyers who are geographically closer to Court locations. This saves time and resources assisting the already stretched legal services sector.
Urgent SOS System
Our ingenious SOS system will send your mention via banner notification to all users currently in the Court where your mention is listed. It will then be allocated to the first agent who accepts.
Communication Channel
The communication channel will allow you to communicate with you agent or instructing lawyer protected by encryption. The transcript will be emailed to each participant on completion.
Admitted Solicitors and Barristers
Not everyone can sign up to use the application.
We verify all users to ensure they have a current practising certificate or are currently admitted to the bar.
